Elaine has displayed the highest degree of competence and professionalism during her 41 years of support to the Human Space Flight Program. Her most recent support to the Goddard Space Flight Center Integrated Network in preparation of critical mission support documentation related to quality and crew safety was particularly exemplary. Her day-to-day roles often include technical writing, editing, production, and configuration control support to NASA's flight programs. Her meticulous attention to detail has directly ensured the timely and comprehensive documentation of safety issues.
